Wike: If They’re Talking About Owner Of The Structure In Rivers, It Is Owned By Odili-Darlington Orji

In a recent interview with Arise News, Darlington Orji, the Caretaker Chairman of Ikwerre Local Government Area, has called for Governor Siminalayi Fubara to have full control over Rivers State’s governance, citing the significant influence of former Governor Peter Odili in shaping the state’s political landscape.

Orji acknowledged Dr. Odili’s role in building the political structure in Rivers State, stating that every politician in the state today owes their rise to Dr. Odili’s mentorship.

He stressed that the Rivers people deserve a choice and should not be held hostage by any individual’s interests. By granting Fubara full control, Orji believes the governor can truly serve the people and move the state forward.

In his own words, “If they’re talking about the owner of the structure in Rivers State, the structure is owned, was organized, built, and owned by Sir Doctor Peter Odili.
