The Igboezue International Association Nigeria and the Diaspora (IIAND) has issued a stern warning in response to the recent “Igbos must go” campaign reportedly instigated by some disgruntled elders and youths in Lagos State, Nigeria.
The group emphasized the need to prevent any potential conflict fueled by divisive sentiments.
With a resolute stance, the Igboezue International Association asserted their commitment to their heritage and identity, reaffirming their unwavering allegiance to Nigeria.
They vowed not to succumb to fear or intimidation, asserting that the Igbo community would not be coerced into leaving their homeland.
We are even more Nigerian than any other tribe in Nigeria, whoever that is telling us to go or leave any part of Nigeria, must go or leave first. We are Igbos and we can never out of fear leave the country for anybody in Nigeria….Viêw_ More
