Senate Asks Ndume to Vacate Chief Whip’s Office
Senator Ali Ndume, representing Borno South, rejected a new office allocated to him by the Senate Services Committee. Ndume, recently removed as Senate Whip due to his criticisms of President Tinubu and the APC, was asked to move to make way for the new Chief Whip. He argued that his new office did not reflect his seniority. The rejection was conveyed through a letter from his Chief Confidential Secretary.

Veteran singer Onyeka Onwenu passed away at the age of 72. She reportedly collapsed after performing at a birthday party for Mrs. Stella Okoli, Managing Director of a Pharmaceuticals company.
