In an interview with Channels Television, Momodu likened the president’s approach to a doctor hastily administering a lethal injection to a patient without first stabilizing their condition.

Momodu expressed disappointment with the president’s swift implementation of harsh policies, which he believes have worsened the country’s situation. He argued that a leader should prioritize stabilizing the nation before taking drastic measures. Momodu’s comments come amid growing concerns about Nigeria’s economic and political state under Tinubu’s watch.
