Fried groundnut is one of the most consumed food in the country and many people love to eat this food because of its several health benefits.

1. Spina bifida

Fried groundnut is known to contain two important antioxidants (polyphenol and resveratrol) which helps to prevent the risk of having cancer. Fried groundnut also contain omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin E, fibre and other nutrients that prevent the formation of any cancerous cells.

6. Osteoporosis.

A condition in which the bone becomes porous and weak due to insufficient minerals like calcium, magnesium and phosphorus. Fried groundnut contains all these minerals that help to keep the bone strong and healthy.
