I Overheard Somebody On Arise TV This Morning Criticizing The FCT Administration- Wike

FCT Minister Nyesom Wike recently made a statement where he mentioned overhearing criticism of the FCT Administration by a member of the national assembly on Arise TV.

Wike emphasized the importance of acknowledging what one does not know and being open to learning from others.

He highlighted that despite being away from office for around 10 to 11 months, his administration has received both criticism and praise from various quarters.

In a rather provocative tone, Wike stated that those who are not satisfied should “go and hang yourself in the transformer,” implying that those who are dissatisfied can choose to remove themselves from the situation.

This statement reflects Wike’s assertive and unapologetic approach to addressing criticism and maintaining his stance in the face of opposition.

According to TVC, Wike said, “I overheard somebody on Arise TV this morning criticizing the FCT Administration. Unfortunately, I heard that the person is a member of the national assembly. What you don’t know, you don’t know. What you know, you know.

The good thing to do is to tell people, Look, I don’t know this,” and people will educate you. I have not been in office for more than 10 or 11 months, to the glory of God.
