I Won’t Be Surprised If I Leave Here And Hear That They’ve Taken You To Court- Gov Sim Fubara

Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara has congratulated the King of Apara Kingdom in Obio/Akpor Local Government Area, Eze Chike Worlu Wodo, on his appointment as the chairman of the council.

In a video statement posted by Sahara TV, Fubara disclosed that he will not be surprised if they take him to court after his announcement as chairman.

Fubara expressed his support for Eze Chike, stating that he expects the new chairman to face legal challenges from the rival government.

He however urged the new chairman to remain calm and carry out his duties in accordance with the law of the state.

According to him, “I won’t be surprised if I leave here and I hear that they have taken you to court or they have gone to seal the council. You know we have two governments now: the Rivers State government and the Abuja government.
